If are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

Return / Exchange Process for UAE & GCC

• Please inform us about the item which you wish to return through emailing us at admin@yallacostumes.me to initiate the return process.
• You can ship your products back to us using a registered courier service.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued through the Original Mode of Payment.
• You can exchange your order for the same item in a different size or order any other item.

 

Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:

• Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• We can only accept returns of products in a good condition along with the original packaging.
• If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund.
• Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or damaged.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• In a rare case that the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees applied.
